RED. The color for Fall. Just a splash and usually in the form of a sleek, tailored boy's blazer. Thayer makes one in silk that I'm obessed with and that flew off the shelves as a pre-sale, pre-sale fall item (thankfully, I got my order in just in time. phew!), but there are so many varieties. DVF has one that is cropped and wool and then there's Missoni's cropped trench version, which is perfect for Fall (switch out your black jacket for this one and live a little). For those of you willing to risk it all, try the edgiest piece de resistance, the leather pant... in red. Isabel Marant, you rock.
