Resort 2011 is seriously bringing it with retro styles that make me shrill with delight. Think Mad Men, but a bit more on trend. I've always loved a good A-line cut with some pleating or a palazzo jumpsuit. Who wouldn't, right? Well, you're in luck because the stores are carrying the greatest in these fashions right now... so, gets to steppin' sister.
Doll yourself up in Resort's sweetest dresses and skirts... with a tinge of bad girl. You know, the girl that wears her shorts almost too short or the girl who shows a peek of her navel all within the confines of a cape in camel or a polkadot skirt in satin. So pretty and so scandalous. I am obsessed with Balenciaga's Resort line this year. So floral and sweet and yet, so not.

The best part of these collections is you can layer up with a grandpa cardigan or a leather bolero jacket and some tights and make it stretch well into the Spring and Summer. You know how I love a look that works year round!
