Please do not take this literally and start dressing in coordinated separates with matching shoes and bags because I might have to take a valium. We're talking matching nails and lips, as presented on Chanel's Spring runway. If you're going to play this game of matching, please stick to a color that projects vitality like a red or a deep plum. It shows you're bold and you don't take no for an answer. OPI has a whole coordinated set of polish and lipsticks to choose from so you don't have to do much work. Save the nudes and glosses for this Summer.

Of course, there's always navy or gray metallic or my favorite deep burgundy to keep you satisfied if this look isn't your thing, but c'mon, live a little. I love a matchy attempt with neon color ala Nene Leakes of RH of Atlanta. So very urban glam, but only when we're talking neon pink or neon orange. Please pass on matching your lips to say a neon yellow or a neon blue. Gracias.

Just remember... the toes MUST match the fingers, if you're doing a dark(er) color. If you're sticking to nude or nude-ish on your fingers, you can play around with your toe color, but why would you be so boring?
